Return Policy

For Domestic Orders:
  • No refunds; exchanges will be made for different sizes or for defective merchandise only.
  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Apparel returned for exchange must not be worn or washed; all items must be in NEW condition.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by their original packing slip and/or order receipt.
  • We will honor an exchange for the same item or any item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. 
  • Instructions for requesting a return:
    • If you already have an account on aileyshop.com: Customers needing to request a return may do so by going to “Account”. Please select the Order History menu and click the “Details” button on the order needing a return. Each item purchased will have a corresponding checkbox. You may select the items needing to be returned and click the "Return Items" button. Upon clicking the “Return Items” button, the return form will appear. Please fill out the form and use the comments field to indicate what you are exchanging your item for. Also use the comments field to indicate that you have received a damaged item or if you were sent the wrong item and/or size. Click the “Submit” button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) after we have reviewed and approved your request.
    • If you don't have an account on aileyshop.com: You can send an email to orders@aileyshop.com with the words "Return Request" as your subject. Please make sure you indicate the order number and the reason for return. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) after we have reviewed and approved your request.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for one of greater value: we are not authorized to charge your credit card for any amount in excess of your original order.  For your protection, your credit card information is erased from our records following your initial order. 
  • We cannot offer exchanges for international orders. All international orders are final.
